I went for a good morning run today, 5k with a good time!
So I said yesterday that today It was a 650 cal day. It was not possible, i was hungry! Like really hungry! So I will keep to 1300 cal.
I really need to stop the constant snacking, drinking tea, chewy gum business! I am not sure if it is because I am counting calories and that makes me obsessed or just boredom.
I am not going to count calories tomorrow, to see how I go. I will eat clean and healthy but without the fitness pal.

Exercise: 5k run fast
Calories: more than 1300 crazy day! 😦
